Our instance was recently converted from HipChat to Stride, and one thing that we have noticed is that when we have a chat message received on an inactive app (one that hasn't been active by the user within a few minutes), we do not get an email notification like we did with HipChat. Is this something that was taken away in Stride, or is there a setting somewhere that I can set up?
