Desktop version of stride does not show my teams

I tested the stride beta version before general available. After a update to the public available version i am not able to work with the desktop version. Just see the attached screenshot. On mobile, stride works fine.

Any idea, how to fix the issue?

Hi Patrick,

How are you doing? :)

The problem you are facing is that Windows is using your previous preferences to automatically login you with an account that does not exist. There is a bug reported about this behavior here:

In order to clear the App preferences and allow Stride to ask your credentials again, please perform the steps below:

  1. In the Stride shortcut created on your desktop, right-click the icon > Properties
  2. Copy the target address until the AppData folder and paste it into the explorer
  3. Click enter to navigate to that directory. P.S: note that I'm referring to the file explorer (Folder icon usually appearing on the taskbar) and not the Internet Explorer browser
  4. Uninstall Stride
  5. In the folder opened in step 2, navigate to Roaming and delete the entire Stride folder
  6.  Download the most up to date version of Stride on and install it again
  7. Open Stride Desktop Application again and login with the correct credentials

That's it. Thank you Nagila.

Glad I could help you, Patrick! :D
