We are trying to get all of our staff in the habit of changing their status regularly so that everyone else in the office knows the status of each person.
However, often times something unexpected comes up and a person is not able to change their status on their own. So it would be helpful if the admin person on the account could modify the status of each user on the count as needed.
Is this something that can be done now or could this be added to a future version of the software?

The issue that came up for me involved one of our staff members who had changed her status to Busy with a message about being in a meeting. However, shortly afterwards she got called out of the office and then the next day she was out with a sick child at home. But since she had never changed her status before she left, her status remained as Busy with the same message until she came back to the office today and changed it.
As the Admin on the account, if I could go in and change a person's status, then this type of problem would not arise.
