Can't move our team before this is solved

We are in the middle of moving crucial SaaS pieces to you guys. JIRA, Confluence, Help Desk and now instant messaging. Though Stride is okay, but it actually kills productivity compared to Slack. Can you please provide dates when you are planning on releasing a solution for these issues below:

1. Add reactions (emoji) to posts
2. Start a thread 
3. Mark messages unread

As a bonus feature, we would love to stop using Zoom for internal meetings but Stride's video compression is awful and inferior qualify and stability compare to zoom. Just sound does decent but with video and screenshare it's primitive.
