Can open Stride but can't get it to open on my I Phone.

Tried to update my phone this morning and it didn't do it right. Took it to the APPLE store to get fixed. It's fixed and I'm having to get my stuff back on the phone. All done but I can't seem to get back on this yet. I think maybe it's password related but don't see anything here to try and change it so help please.........................

Can you please share the screen shot of the warning / error message that you are seeing on your iPhone so we can understand the issue better? Some questions that I would like to ask would be:

  • What version of iOS and HipChat iOS client you are on?
  • Were you able to launch the app in the first place?
  • If it gets launched, is the log in screen rendered correctly?
  • If the log in screen appears properly, are you able to log in?
  • If you are able to log in, are the rooms & 1-1 conversations loaded correctly?

When you mentioned that "maybe it's password related", can you explain what is your context behind it? Keep me posted.
