Can you share more detail Matt? The web, desktop and mobile should be perfectly synched in terms of notifications and read/unread status. If its not, sounds like an issue. If you report details we can fix it for you and any customers who are encountering the issue.

It looks like they are syncing now. I had an issue when I was logged into a Stride on another machine in our office and then returned to my desk to find the messages not synced up between the machines. One was using the web client and other the desktop client.
