Anyway to unauthorise the Stride apps permission?

I have created 2 user, user A and user B.

A have Jira access and Stride access, B only got Stride access.

In Stride I added the Jira Cloud app to a Room, both user use A to authorise the Jira Cloud app.

At this point, both A and B can create Jira issue in Stride Room using same credentials.

After this test I would like to unauthorise B credentials from A's Jira.

Is there anyway to achieve this?

Thank you.

Hi Kenneth,

Can you confirm if user B is creating Jira tickets through Stride using Jira Bot? If not, please provide us with more details on how the user is creating the tickets. Thank you!

Hi Nagila,

User B was using user A credentials to create Jira tickets through Jira Bot, it works fine.

To achieve this, Jira website use user A to login, Stride app use both account to login and edit the Stride app credential.

After this step just use command @Integration Team to create the tickets.
