I see this error with some apps I have added as well like obie and joint rooms. The one user that I have the issue with also gets a blank screen when he logs into stride (yes he has an account). I have put a ticket in for it.
I wonder if you might be running into a known issue here:
Can you please confirm if the mentioned user is part of the stride-users group?
As for the rooms with Obie and Joint Rooms, I had it installed in a public room with a couple of messages. No issues loading the rooms on my end.
Since you mentioned that they have never been able to log in to Stride, did you check if they are included in the right group?
As for the one user who is already in the stride-users group, can you confirm if the users sees the same behavior on both desktop and web client? It will be good if you can provide screen shot(s) as well so we understand the problem better.
