Windows app says I don't have a team

I know this was asked before, but that other discussion doesn't have a solution and it was resolved.

I'm trying to use Stride on Windows. It works perfectly on web but on windows it says that i'm not in a team.

• Log-out button does nothing at all
• Settings button does nothing
• Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing
• Uninstalled, deleted appdata/Local/attlasian/Stride contents and same thing.

It looks like is tied to a different account (or no account). But I can't log-out either.

Any idea about what to do?
