Can you please confirm if you are on HipChat Cloud or HipChat Server / Data Center?
If you are on Cloud, we have the new Stride client offered. More details can be found here:
While the HD (Current video quality) is un-clickable, we can adjust the quality of the video / call through ... icon >> Manage call quality
The icons are now located at the bottom of the screen, separated by 3 dividers
The raise a hand icon pretty much stays the same.
If you are on Server / Data Center, I can raise a Suggestion on your behalf to share your thoughts to improve the video call feature. Do keep me posted on this soon.
