Cómo realizo una migración efectiva de Stride a Slack?

Gracias Atlassian por pedir mudarnos de Hipchat a Stride, ahora necesitamos mudarnos de Stride a Slack (En serio gracias ¬¬) no encontramos  forma de que esta sea efectiva,  es decir:

DOD

1. Migrar todas las salas que tengo actualmente en Stride
2. Migrar todo el historial de conversaciones que tengo en Stride
