Good news, Stride users! The Team has just shipped a Confluence Cloud app for Stride.
This update allows Stride to do what it does best (messaging) while also harnessing the power of Confluence: an open and shared workspace that allows teams to connect and plan via full form blog post, in-depth project review, or documentation.
The new Confluence Cloud app for Stride is the perfect way to connect your work in Confluence with conversations in Stride. By connecting specific Confluence spaces with Stride rooms, you can see Confluence page updates as they happen, in Stride.
To add Confluence to any room or conversation in Stride you can just mention Confluence (@confluence). If you ever forget which Confluence spaces are connected to your Stride room, just @mention the Confluence app and it will fill you in.
Especially if you are an avid Confluence user, (many Atlassians have 10+ pages going at any given moment), you'll surely want to customize your alert settings once you've set up your Confluence app. You can get pinged when blog or page is created, a page is updated, or someone comments on a page in your space.
Our goal is to make working across all of our tools a seamless experience.
Imagine this world: You are working with your product team on a launch. You make the final touches to a messaging draft in Confluence, therefore notifying your whole team via the app in Stride. No time is wasted checking back and forth to see if your team has reviewed the work. To add a cherry on top, you will also see their comments and edits in real time via Stride ✨.
There's no better way to get your whole team on the same page! Literally...
