As I understand you would like to know how Incident reporting considers when an Incident status is changed to resolved. To answer the specific question when you list the incidents(From the Incidents tab) you will see the Incidents are filtered with the "Incident created" date. The same list will display the Incident Message, Responder teams and Incident Created date&time on the screen. However, the Incident timeline and post-incident analysis are the spaces you will get the complete incident action times recorded.
