Hi All,
I am using Postman for some API automation and within postman I have the ability to email a specific address to alert on any failures. Unfortunately, their email subject line isn't editable and will always look like this - [EXTERNAL]Failures in the monitor. Is there any way around this? I would like my postman automation to send emails to the specific components when a failure is detected and for that component to be assigned the proper status, but there doesn't look like a way around the subject line reequipment.
Hi Jake,
Abraham here with Statuspage support. Unfortunately, there isn't a workaround for this, as Email automation is hardcoded for now. Since you are using Postman, your best bet is to use the API endpoints to automate instead of email.
You can find the documentation here: https://developer.statuspage.io/#tag/incidents
Regards,
Abraham
