Trigger email again once incident is resolved

Once the ticket is resolved, and there's update in the description, is it possible to trigger the email again?

Hey Katrina, Alan from the Statuspage support team here, thanks for reaching out with this question. If I understand correctly, you would like to send additional notifications to subscribers related to an incident that has already been closed? If so, I believe your best option would be writing and publishing a postmortem with whatever information you wish to send to your subscribers, more details on the documentation below:
