I'm trying to find out how much is the downtime of major outages, when they are red/yellow/orange? Starting from how many minutes/hours the status is red, yellow or orange ?
And what exactly means 'No data exists for this day', if the status is blue?

Lastly, since Statuspage is driven by either a manual update or an integration it won't be your reporting engine for incidents, outages, or failures. The best place to gather exact and precise information would be to report on the ticketing system or monitoring system that feeds information into Statuspage.
