Hi team,

Could someone please give me some confirmation on exactly how the Import process works?

If I do a bulk import and I want to add additional component(s) to existing users, do I need to put ALL component codes that I want them to be subscribed to (including the ones that they’re already subscribed to) or JUST the new one? Following a recent import, it appears that the new component code replaced the existing subscriptions, rather than adding to them.

Your understanding is correct.
Imports would "replace" all the information, instead of appending it.
