For Statuspage customer notifications is it possible to:
1. Remove the "Unsubscribe" option from emails to our internal staff? The notification emails will only hit the inbox of staff internally. No external.
2. If not, can we change the option to something that will not auto-unsubscribe the user?

At the moment, it is not possible to completely remove the “Unsubscribe” option from Statuspage notification emails. This option is automatically included in the email footer to comply with email communication best practices and regulations.
Question 2: Modify the “Unsubscribe” Option:
While you cannot remove the “Unsubscribe” link, you can provide additional guidance to your internal staff on what to do if they accidentally click it.
