Remove a Statuspage Product Admin

Hi all, 

We discovered that we have an user who is a Product Admin in Statuspage and we would like to change that.

As I checked the user has a Basic access Role (it's not a trusted user either and it's not in site-admins group).

I've checked the product group's (user and administrator ones) and the user is not part of them as well.

Any ideas on this case will be highly appreciated!

Hey Magdalena! This article should be able to help you remove the user's Statuspage Product Admin access. Just note that instead of granting the user access like the article's instructions have, you'd be doing the opposite steps and removing the user's access.
