Hello! Trying to crowdsource some information about the Statuspage.

Is there a way to segment subscribed users by "cohort" or by "cluster" for the Statuspage? Currently, we are trying to solve for an issue where any update to our Statuspage blasts to all users (who are subscribed to the entire page or to the specific component that is having an issue).

Instead of it blasting any post on the Statuspage to all of the users, is there a way to segment the Statuspage post to be have a targeted audience?

Any solutions that have worked for others (if there is no built in feature on Statuspage) are welcome. Thank you!

Hi there Joseph,

Thanks for writing into Community, I'm Talar from the Atlassian Statuspage support team, happy to help!

You most certainly can!

We have 3 different page types in Statuspage:

  1. Public pages -  https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/public-pages
  2. Private pages - https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/private-pages
  3. Audience-Specific pages (the one you're looking for) -

As you described there, you can segment users to only have access to certain components on your page, and so, they can only receive notifications for / see certain incidents!

Take a look at the documentation above to get started!

Regards,
Talar
