Can we send Components status(outage or major outage) as a mail to internal and external consumers?

Hi,

We have internal and external consumers for API Products. If I create a component and there is a outage/major outage/under maintenance or any other status update of component I need a email to be sent out to the consumers. Is there an option to set email for internal and external consumers separately or is it possible to send email only for those who subscribe ?

Happy to help!

The same update is sent to all Subscribers, and there is not currently a way to separate out emails to two sets of Subscribers. Essentially if someone is subscribed to a Component, then they will receive all updates during its downtime, until it is resolved.
