Check the search box in the upper right corner. If there is text there, it will only show files that are pending, and have file names that contain the search string.

Not sure the downvote was called for - you didn't include that part of the UI in your screenshot, and that is a common explanation for the behavior you described.
If the search box is indeed empty, then that DOES sound like a bug, and there is nothing the users on this forum can do for you, except to direct you to file a bug report at jira.atlassian.com.
