ssh-agent.exe not being installed on Windows 10

I have installed Sourcetree Version 1.6.25.0 on my Windows 10 computer.

However, the SSH-Agent has not been installed with the software. The ssh-agent.exe file has not been installed as expected here:

<user-home>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\git_local\bin\ssh-agent.exe

Any advice?
