sourcetree registration

Trying to set up SourceTree, but when it comes to the registration part, I have a choice between using and existing account and going to 'my Attlassian.'

If I click on the 'Use an Existing Account' a box with a spinner appears and nothing happens.

If I click on 'Go to My Atlassian' I end up at my Licencing page which advises me to go to Preferences > Registration and choose the license. But the latest version of Source Tree doesn't have that facility - so I am stuck.

Any suggestions?

Wait for the boc with the spinner to load a login webpage on the Atlassian site. Have lots and lots of patience.

After the page finally loads, log in with your account.

You will see a success page after you log in.

Now wait. I tell people to go watch Lord of the Rings.

Eventually the window with the web page will close by itself and you can continue to the next step of the install process.

Thanks for your kind response. It ended up being an issue with the proxy server.
