remote: Invalid username or password while cloning

Command: git -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false ls-remote https://dreamfox@bitbucket.org/dfm_mailmaster/mailmaster.git
Output:
Error: remote: Invalid username or password. If you log in via a third party service you must ensure you have an account password set in your account profile.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://dreamfox@bitbucket.org/dfm_mailmaster/mailmaster.git/'

Hi,

I've seen this behavior before and it was resolved by updating the Embedded Git via Tools > Options > Git > Update Embedded Git.

Take a look at the closed Bug SRCTREEWIN-7727: Lost ablity to authenticate for more information.  Please also review the comments if updating Embedded Git doesn't work as described for more options to resolve this and let me know the outcome.
