"use staging area" option in sourcetree?

Sourcetree used to have a checkbox called "use staging area."  I loved this because I don't want to think about staging.  If I do a commit, I want to commit everything, always.  So I just unchecked the box.

I can't find this checkbox anymore.  Is it gone?  I know I can get a similar effect by checking the "unstaged files" box everytime I commit.  But forgetting becomes an issue.  So is there a way to have sourcetree always automatically stage everything?
