"Current Branch" filter has no effect

Nathan Gray April 4, 2012

Switching between All Branches and Current Branch doesn't change the displayed commits in any way. I believe the Current Branch filter should only show commits that are reachable from the checked-out branch's head, but all local and remote branches remain visible.

This is still an issue.... The branch filter has no effect.

Hi Alex,

Have you got perhaps some repository we can access (a test one open source?) to show us more precisely what the problem is. Testing it here seems to work fine, so there may be a more specific case where this is a problem.

Cheers

Apologies for the late reply. Is this still an issue? There can be cases in the log view where switching between "All Branches" and "Current Branch" makes it look as if no change has taken place, especially if there are little or no branches.
