After I installed macOS High Sierra, Sourcetree cannot keep track of my settings. It even forgets the window size, the toolbar elements and everything. I removed completely (delete the app and all the files/folders from ~/Library). For a day it was working and after 2 restarts it started to forget everything again. Is there any known bug here?
We're not aware of any bugs like this currently. We've not started on a High Sierra specific compatibility update yet, please file a ticket with details at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE and we'll add it to the list to investigate for that release.

Thanks @Brian Ganninger! I already did this. I also added a comment, because in the meantime I discovered one more hint regarding this issue.
