Unless I'm mistaken, the bookmarks are stored at this location:
~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree/browser.plist
You should just be able to copy that over to another Mac. That said, keep in mind that bookmarks are absolute paths, so the directory structure must be identical between the two systems. You can modify the plist file directly if needed, however.
I'm trying to do the same thing, but I don't see a Source Tree folder in Application Support. Is this information stored somewhere else in newer versions of Source Tree?
