i was prompted to replace my username with my Atlassian email yesterday when I logged on to bitbucket. after that when i try to pull in sourcetree it prepopulates with my username and it is greyed out and i'm going crazy trying to figure out where to change the username to my Atlassian email id.

Please help

After the merge you still use your Bitbucket username when dealing with repositories.  You only use your Atlassian email id when you sign in on the website.

You should be able to see your Bitbucket username in the Settings from the website.
