Why does 2.0.20.1 keep asking to update to 2.1.2.4

Our company upgraded to version 2.0.20.1 of source tree recently. For my installation, whenever I open it, I get a dialog stating "Update '2.1.2.4' is available. Do you wish to update?" Even though I click No, the message appears every time I open the program.

Our company policy is to keep all of the developers on the same version. How can I stop it from asking?

I work with Zeke. More information: We are running on Windows and nobody else on the team is prompted to install this upgrade.

Is 2.1.2.4 even available for Windows? I thought it is a Mac-only version.
