Does Sourcetree show actual files in the File Status view? If so it sounds like something has changed the files on the filesystem, perhaps you have git configured to change line endings?
Can you view a diff of the files?
Alternatively if the log view of Sourcetree says there are changes but the File Status view does not show any files, this can occur under certain circumstances due to differences in how libgit2 and git.exe view the repository.
You can test this by going into the Tools/Options/Git tab and checking the "disable libgt2 integration" option and seeing if Sourcetree still reports file changes.
