Why do I get an error message when entering the correct login information?

I've used multiple browsers, and I get the same error message when attempting to login with the correct credentials.  I have used Chrome, and it either provides the same error message, or I am able to access my account, but the pages will not fully load, so I cannot access all the links needed.

Hi, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We need more information to find out what's going wrong. You've posted this question under the Sourcetree product, but I'm not sure if this is what you're using, can you confirm this?

If you're using Sourcetree:

  1. Which OS and Sourcetree version are you using? (If you're on Windows, make sure IE is updated to the latest version as Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication. )
  2. What error message are you getting?
  3. Can you send a screenshot?

If you're not using Sourcetree:

  1. To which product are you trying to authenticate? Which version?
  2. What error message are you getting?
  3. Can you send us a screenshot of the pages not loading?
