Why am I not been able to login to Source tree Atlassian account with my registered mail id?

I am not able to login to Source tree Atlassian account with my registered mail id.

Eventhough i am giving correct credentials !

If this is on Windows, I am assuming you are being shown the web view of the Atlassian account login screen but you are unable to get past this point?

If so can you check if you can login to https://id.atlassian.com using Internet Explorer? The Web view component used relies on Internet Explorer and its settings.

If you can't can you check the following settings:

1. open Internet Explorer
2. open the Developer tools, f12
   1. set the Browser Mode 10
   2. set the Document Mode Standards
3. open Cog/Internet options
   1. ensure the following settings are enabled
   2. Misc/Access data sources across domains
   3. Misc/Allow META_REFRESH
   4. Scripting/Active Scripting

Yes it was on window 10 but i resolved this problem simply by deleting login credential file.
