laszlokovary December 5, 2017

Hi All,

I have an Atlassian account which I using for source tree.
I able to logged in into Atlassian with this accounts. (and I also joined into this forum with it)

I tried to install SourceTree I selected "Use an existing account" and when I typed my email address and pressed to continue nothing happened, always focused to input field.

I more times pressed to "Can't log in?" I reset my password, I had a same result.

I will appreciate if someone show me a valuable way to install SourceTree.

Thank you in advance.

Hi László, are you on Windows or Mac? In Windows we've previously seen this issue when the user was in an older version of Internet Explorer or when the settings in the browser were not right.

Can you try the following:

  • Turn off compatibility mode in IE. To do that, open Internet Explorer, go to the Advanced options tab and click on Reset your Internet Explorer Settings
  • Check Delete personal settings
  • Change your Internet Explorer Security Zone Settings:
  1. Open IE, click on the gear
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Select the "Security" tab
  4. Select "Custom Level" for Internet
  5. Find "Access data sources across domains" and select "Enable" (make note of what the setting currently is)
  6. Try logging into Sourcetree again

After logging in, follow steps 1-5, but reset the setting back to the previous option.

Let us know if this worked for you!

Best regards :)

Ana
