Warning these git config values clash

Greg Marr January 12, 2016

I have the osxkeychain credential helper configured globally so that I can access git using a personal access token (two-factor auth is enabled).  When I try to retrieve something using SourceTree, I get this warning for every file:

WARNING: These git config values clash:

  git config "credential.helper" = "osxkeychain"

  git config "credential.helper" = "sourcetree"

I tried removing the global osxkeychain credential helper, but then it started prompting me for my password for every file. Since I want the osxkeychain helper for command line access, I think that's the one I want to keep anyway.  I looked for where the sourcetree credential helper is configured, but I can't find it.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?
