User can't log in

Hello,

 

I have a problem with logging in. I read a lot in the community but I didn't find a solution for my problem. I'm sure that I typed my password right and ones I reset it, but the problem was still there. Can you help me please? I use Windows 10.

@Reemt Lindeburg

  • Make sure your keyboard characters is not  causing problem(password is correct)
  • Check Internet connection
  • Try to  login with  Google account and see.

Password was correct and internet connection was always good.

 

With Google it worked but not with atlassian Account. But ok..
