Unable to pull branch in SourceTree from Bitbucket

jmohmed_bitstew October 27, 2015

Hi Atlassian,

I am unable to pull branch from Bitbucket into SourceTree.

I generated private/public keys from SoruceTree>Tools>Create>Create or Import SSH Keys.

and same uploaded in Tools> Options > General (tab) > SSH Client configuration section.

I am getting above message when I made pull request from BitBucket. Please help.

Hi Renato,

 Thanks for the response.

Still I am unable to pull the data.

  1. I have imported the SSH keys on Bitbucket. Here is the screen

Hi Jaheer,

Can you confirm if you have imported the SSH keys on Bitbucket? Please check this link: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/add-an-ssh-key-to-an-account-302811853.html

Also, make sure you have your ssh-agent running (pegeant).

Please check these links: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BITBUCKET/Set+up+SSH+for+Git

and in case you are using putty https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/149890

Regards,
