Unable to login

Unable to login with the atlassian account in sourecetree app. It says "SOmething went wrong while attempting to validate your details"

Can you give us some more context so we can help you solve this issue?:

1. Are you using Sourcetree for Windows or Mac?
   1. If you're on Windows, can you confirm Internet Explorer is up-to-date (Sourcetree relies on it for authentication)?
2. In which step are you stuck? Is it the initial registration? 
3. Have you tried logging in through the browser via id.atlassian.com?
4. Can you send us a screenshot so we can see where you are and the message you get?
