Trying to install and sign in, get stuck on the "Please wait" screen

I've downloaded the install file for Sourcetree and gotten to the "Log in to your Atlassian account" page, but when I use either "Use an existing account" or "Go to my atlassian", I get stuck on a "Please Wait" screen.  I've tried changing my password just in case that was the  problem, but no luck.  I can log on to my account via the website with no problems, but just can't access it via this screen so I can't go any further.  Please help!2018-04-09_14h30_50.png

Hi Jen! Are you using Sourcetree for Windows or Mac? 

If you're on Windows, please make sure that Internet Explorer is updated to the latest version, as Sourcetree relies on it for authentication. If you're still having issues, let us know which Sourcetree and OS version are you using so we can continue helping you.
