Suggestion to do-away with the checkboxes in File Status view.

SourceTree for Mac  2.7.5.

In the File Status view, suggest to remove the checkboxes left of the file names. It get confusing and counter intuitive especially when checked files list is not the same as multi-selected files (when you hold-down ctrl/command click on file names)..

If you can do-away with the checkboxes, just use multi-selection to denotes the selection, it would be clearer. And surely would be easier to code for SourceTree developers?
