Subtrees don't show up in SourceTree

lohoris September 6, 2017

I added some subtrees from command line, now I've noticed that there is a "subtree" section in SourceTree's sidebar, but they don't show up there.

Is there something I'm missing?

Hi

The subtree information is held in a 'sourcetreeconfig' file in the .git folder.

If Subtrees aren't aearing it could be because that file isn't being loaded correctly.

Alternatively on the Mac version subtree's can be filtered out if they use a remote SSH URL that can contain remote execution commands, e.g.

  • proxycmd
  • proxycommand

Hi,

`sourcetreeconfig` there contains no info about those subtrees, maybe that's because I added them by command line?

So, how could I fix that, without upsetting the remote repository itself?

(I'm using the Mac version)

Thank you.
