Try resetting your internet explorer settings.
Go to IE --> Internet Options
Go the Advanced Tab.
Reset Internet Explorer settings --> Check the option for delete personal settings --> RESET
Try installing again and if that doesn't work out for you then you can check for the Error in the Event Viewer. It may happen because of corrupt user.config file as well. So you can delete it and try again
Search for Event Viewer from the start tab.
Windows Log --> Applications
See the entries for Error.
