Sourcetree without Admin privileges

stingray21 September 22, 2017

I'm struggling using the new verion of Sourcetree without running it as an admin (on win 10). The last version that worked was 2.1.10.0, since then I can only get it to start if I "run it as administrator" and I have to enter my password every time.

Other than that it would not start at all (not even an error pops up), just nothing happens.

You may want to contact support about it (getsupport.atlassian.com), the reason they changed the installer for 2.x was so you did not have to have admin rights to install it and run it.

I cannot figure out how to contact the support, I always end up in the community.
