Sourcetree upgrade won't get past the "Log into your Atlassian account" page

I upgraded sourcetree.  On my Virtual machine which is behind a Proxy, I get the License agreement page and then the "Log into your Atlassian account" page.  I click on "Go to my Atlassian" and it taskes me to the page from where I press download for the license, but the Source Tree pop up remains and won't go forwards.
How can I get past this? 

 

The other option "Use an existing account" gets a "Navigation to the web page was cancelled" error.

Found a work around.  I copied the

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree

folder from my laptop to the VM and now it starts successfully.
