Sourcetree installation not working

Until last week my Sourcetree worked fine and then on Thursday I couldn't start it anymore. The process was shown only shortly in the task manager, but nothing else happend.

I deleted Sourcetree and wanted to install it new, but now the installation fails. It shows me the SquirrelSetup.log which says the following:

2017-08-16 09:32:12> Unhandled exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Die Datei oder Assembly "System, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089" oder eine Abhängigkeit davon wurde nicht gefunden. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.
Dateiname: "System, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089"
   bei Squirrel.Update.Program.executeCommandLine(String[] args)
   bei Squirrel.Update.Program.main(String[] args)

There was another Windows security update and now everythings working again.
