I create a new branch in bitbucket, and do some changes but after I start building my java project using maven I see that automatically the branch in sourcetree changes to master.
How come the working branch change to master automatically when not changed manually.

Hi Sopan, it's not very clear from your description when are you experiencing this behaviour. Are you referring to what was described in this Community question?
Or is it something more similar to this bug SRCTREEWIN-7624?
If it's none of the above, please try to be as descriptive as possible and let us know which Sourcetree and OS version are you using so we can continue helping you
