Latest version of SourceTree. Bitbucket option. Using Internet Explorer - within a corporate network. They got the "Authentication Successful" page, but Sourcetree never updated to allow the Next button to be clicked.

Sourcetree handles the registration callback by listening to "localhost" on port "34106". Could you verify that IT or antivirus allows this communication to happen on that port?'
If you're not able to get that working but have a machine that was able to install successfully then you can also just copy+paste the "C:\Users\USERNAME_HERE\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree" folder to the other machine and it should work.
