Sourcetree Citrix Deployment

Is it possible to install Sourcetree in Citrix?  We are running into an issue where Sourcetree wants to authenticate to a Git server during install.  If an IT analyst installs Sourcetree in Citrix under their credentials, can other users utilize the application?  Is there a way to bypass the authentication during install or provide a config file for each user?

Thanks!
