Sourcetree 2.4.7 UI significantly different from help files?

I downloaded Sourcetree 2.4.7 (now upgraded to .8), and am working to get my head around Git and source control. The UI of the version discussed in the help files appears to be really different from what I downloaded.

Did I download the wrong product, or has the help just lagged behind the changes? I appreciate that it's a free tool and I'll figure it out, but I thought I should ask.

Thanks,

BG

You did download the correct product, Sourcetree looks a bit different (though quite similar in most respects) on Windows versus macOS. The content of https://confluence.atlassian.com/get-started-with-sourcetree is based on the macOS version. I've reached out to the documentation team to see about getting some updates in the queue. Thanks for your patience and for reaching out.
